The Portland Trail Blazers have agreed to trade Kent Bazemore, Anthony Tolliver and two future second-round picks to the Sacramento Kings in a deal that sheds $12.5 million in salary, league sources tell ESPN.

The Kings will send Trevor Ariza, Wenyen Gabriel and Caleb Swanigan to the Blazers, whose luxury tax bill drops to $7 million with the deal.

Bazemore ($19.3M) and Tolliver ($1.6M) are on expiring contracts. Ariza ($12.2M) has a partial guarantee of $1.1M on his $12.8M contract next season. The Blazers will have until June 30 to pick up or decline that option.

Portland will also create a $7.2M and a $1.7M trade exception as part of the deal. Both exceptions will expire next January.

The Kings are continuing to pursue trade avenues for center Dewayne Dedmon, who’s in the first season of a three-year, $40 million contract, league sources said. Dedmon, fined for publicly requesting a trade, has averaged 13.8 minutes in 26 games.

The Blazers entered Saturday 10th in the Western Conference at 18-25.

ESPN’s Bobby Marks contributed to this report.
