This week sees the launch of a new round of applications for the 10,000 Black Interns programme – an initiative aiming to make high-flying careers in the corporate world more accessible.

Amise Ophelia-Brown completed an internship via the programme and went on to secure a permanent role in executive search at Marlin Hawk in London.
