Kate turns 40: ‘Meeting a real princess’

Dafydd and Katie Griffiths attended Kate and William’s first official visit after getting engaged.

Daffyd is a lifeboat crew member at Trearddur Bay and his daughter Katie, then five, was selected to give the couple a photo of the boat.

The Duchess of Cambridge turns 40 on Sunday.
