The UK government is not planning the domestic use of vaccine passports, Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi has said.

“We don’t yet have the evidence of the effect of the vaccines on transmission, it’s much better… that you look at rapid testing,” he said.

The issuing of certificates will be facilitated if people need them for international travel, he added.
