Nvidia has rolled out GeForce Hotfix Driver 581.94 to address gaming performance drops caused by the KB5066835 update in Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2. The patch introduced a bug that lowered frame rates in certain games. Nvidia recommends installing the new driver if you’ve noticed FPS degradation after updating Windows.
