
Apple’s smart home hub was going to arrive in the spring, but the continued wait for the updated Siri has forced another delay to the end of 2026.

On March 5, a leaker claimed that Apple’s smart home device, which we refer to as Home Hub, was doing to launch in late 2026. A new report on Monday has corroborated that rumor, pushing back the plan to update Apple Home to later in the year.
In Monday’s post to Bloomberg, Mark Gurman is informed by people with knowledge of the matter that there’s a delay affecting the smart home display. That delay is caused by Siri.
