
Apple’s next iteration of Siri in iOS 27 will include a new standalone app and a new “Ask Siri” button, as Apple modernizes the long-time digital assistant.
Siri has yet to get its promised upgrades
The Apple Intelligence upgrade of Siri has faced many delays, with the refreshed feature still not living up to Apple’s promises. That may all change during WWDC this June, with Apple expected to introduce a bunch of alterations.
The big change will be a standalone app for Siri, reports Bloomberg, which will be available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac later in the year, codenamed Campo. The interface will be more like the chatbots of ChatGPT and Claude, displaying previous conversations that users can continue from at a later time.
