After years of refusing to add its most-requested feature, CarPlay, Tesla may finally be caving.

Bloomberg reports that Tesla is developing support for CarPlay, citing people familiar with the matter. To date, Tesla vehicles have shipped with the company’s own software and support for select third-party apps.
Despite Tesla’s infotainment system being among the better options, drivers have long said that they would like to be able to use their own apps.. Apple CarPlay allows that, while adding more options for navigation and more.
