With the announcement of Matter 1.5 and camera support, we reached out to a few accessory makers to get their take. Multiple companies have pledged support for new and existing cameras over the next several months ahead of CES.
Xthings has announced its Ulticam IQ 2 that will be available in December and ship with Matter, even if no platforms support it yet. Aqara has announced some of its cameras will be updated, while new devices will be coming in the first half of 2026.
